These Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy govern the use of services provided by YUNO RIDE Rentals, located in Kundapura, Udupi District, Karnataka, India.

By accessing this website, submitting a booking request, or renting a vehicle from YUNO RIDE, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility to Rent

Rider must hold a valid Indian two-wheeler driving license.
Original driving license must be shown at pickup.
One additional government-issued ID proof may be required.
Minimum age is governed by Indian Motor Vehicle laws.

3. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are initiated via the website form and confirmed through WhatsApp or phone. Booking is considered confirmed only after availability and payment terms are acknowledged.

YUNO RIDE reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings if documents are invalid or terms are not met.

4. Pricing, Payment & Deposit

Rental pricing is shared clearly before confirmation.
Fuel is charged on actual usage.
A refundable security deposit may apply.
Late returns may attract additional charges.

5. Vehicle Usage Rules

Vehicle must not be used for racing or illegal activities.
Only the registered rider may operate the vehicle.
Helmets are strongly recommended and available on request.
Any damage must be reported immediately.

6. Liability & Responsibility

The rider is fully responsible for traffic violations, fines, accidents, or damages during the rental period.

YUNO RIDE is not liable for personal injury, loss, or delays caused due to vehicle misuse or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Privacy Policy

We collect only essential personal information such as name, phone number, and ID details for booking and legal verification purposes.

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties except when required by law.

8. Communication

By booking with YUNO RIDE, you consent to receive communication via WhatsApp or phone regarding your booking, support, or updates.

9. Termination of Service

YUNO RIDE reserves the right to terminate services without refund in case of misuse, violation of laws, or breach of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Udupi District, Karnataka.
